Binary Help
Binary is your AI account manager for eBay and other marketplaces. This guide covers how to connect, how to ask, and how to grow your store with it.
1. How to connect
You need a smartphone with Telegram installed. The whole thing takes about a minute.
- Open the registration page. Scan the QR code you were given (or visit binary.lextok.com).

Fill in two fields.
Enter your display name (your store or trading name) and your
Telegram handle (looks like
@yourname). Tap Connect on Telegram. - Open Telegram. The page shows a big blue button. Tapping it opens Telegram to a chat with @friendly_jude_bot. Tap Start.

Send your bind code.
The page also shows a command like
/bind BIND-AB12CD34. Copy it (button below the code), paste it into the Telegram chat, and send. - Answer the bot's questions. Binary greets you by name, then asks your category and marketplaces. After that you're ready to work.
2. Your first message
Once you're connected, you don't need any special commands. Just talk to Binary the way you'd talk to an account manager. A good first message:

Audit titles, photos, descriptions, item specifics, and pricing against best-performing competitors. Get a punch list of fixes ranked by likely impact.
Market intelligence reports
Full reports that combine retail-demand crawl (eBay, Shopee, Lazada) with China wholesale costs (Alibaba, 1688). Margin and revenue space, all signed and saved to your BinDrive.
Sourcing & margin
When margin is the bottleneck, Binary finds suppliers, MOQs, unit costs, and landed estimates so you can decide whether to switch or renegotiate.
Buyer message drafts
Stop agonising over the perfect reply. Describe the situation; get a polite, on-brand draft in seconds.
Category trends
What's hot in your category this month, what's cooling off, and where the search volume is going.
5. Protect your store
Marketplaces penalise sellers when certain metrics slip. Binary keeps an eye on these and tells you early — before they hurt your ranking or get your account restricted.

7. Troubleshooting
The bind code doesn't work
Three common reasons:
- Already used. Each code works once. Register again for a fresh one.
- Expired. Codes last 15 minutes. Register again.
- Typos. The code is case-insensitive but every character matters. Copy from the page rather than typing.
Telegram didn't open when I tapped the button
Some desktop browsers don't pass deep links to the Telegram app
correctly. Open Telegram manually, search for
@friendly_jude_bot, tap Start, then paste
your /bind command.
The bot doesn't recognise me after I switched phones
Your Telegram account is tied to your phone number. As long as you log into Telegram with the same number, the bot remembers you. New phone, same account → fine. New Telegram account → re-register.
I see "admin only" when I try a command
Some commands (like /list and
/onboard) are reserved for the Binary ops team. You
don't need them — just chat in plain text.
Binary gave me a number I don't trust
Binary never invents metrics. If it gives you a number, it pulled it from a published marketplace listing or your seller file. If a number looks wrong, ask: "Where did that number come from?" — it will cite the source or correct itself.
I want to stop using Binary
Just stop messaging the bot. Your seller file stays on file for audit but you won't get any proactive messages. To have your data deleted entirely, email the Binary team that onboarded you.
8. What Binary doesn't do
Binary is focused on growing and protecting your marketplace business. It will politely decline and steer back to scope if you ask about:
- Full order operations / refund processing as a helpdesk
- Tax, accounting, or payout reconciliation
- Running ads accounts end-to-end without your decisions
- Anything unrelated to marketplace selling
For those, Binary will usually suggest a tool or human specialist.
